"It was clean and good supply of most items I needed. Wish they had Sugar free Maple syrup. My main Walmart does carry Great ____ Sugar free Syrup"
"Went to the Walmart Vision Center. Was last there in fall of 2021. Came back again, post cataract surgery. Still need bifocals. Major changes for my vision, which vision tech Stephanie understood. I also now have complete vision medical insurance. She was patient, very helpful and very thorough. Ordered regular glasses and prescription sun glasses. Excellent service by Stephanie! Thank you!"
"Well I was shopping at this store and these 2 ladies were working the Register and I was trying to check out and all they wanted to do is sit there and Talk about social life instead of helping a customer. So they were very unprofessional. I literally had to say hi to get the ladies attention When she was right there in front of me."
"My expectations for Walmart are quite low any way. My last visit was a new low. I would have gone elsewhere, as I usually do, this time they had something I couldn't find elsewhere. At check out I went to an open register. Three checkers talking. I had to insert myself into the conversation to be noticed and ask if the register was opened. While being checked out the three continued their conversation. Even pulled a leaf in by asking if he knew such n such had a girl friend. I literally almost left without paying for a car battery as she didn't know I had it. I did speak to the lead about this on my way out. Closed with telling him this visit lowered my already poor expectations of Walmart."
"There is an older lady working in cosmetics who should not be allowed to interact with the public. Every time I try and shop the makeup section here she not only breathes down everyone’s necks but she is unbelievably rude. Keep in mind that this is a Walmart makeup section. Every single lipstick, eyeshadow palette, concealer, foundation, etc is UNSEALED. People open and destroy makeup there every single day. Today I was simply opening lipsticks to look at their shades. She came up to me and grabbed it out of my hand, telling me “now I can’t sell this” and “no one wants to buy something you have touched all over.” I asked her if she’s looked around these isles lately. Broken makeup and used makeup all over the place. There is never a reason to snatch things out of a strangers hands and use a demeaning tone of voice. And to make it even worse, I was going to buy the damn lipstick! Every interaction I have had with her has been this way. Short, rude, and uncalled for. I have witnessed her being rude to other customers as well when they ask simple questions like where to find an item. I don’t know her name but she is an older lady and she should not be allowed to work near customers. Put her somewhere where she can’t talk to people."
