Understandably. We brush him most everyday, at least 5 times a week. This morning I could see the look on the groomer face when she came out to meet us. She tried to talk me into shaving him. He has show quality long hair. I told her no on the shave. If she ran into a mat she has my permission to cut it out. She told me it would be $200 to wash, dry and brush him! It was obvious they did not want my business or had the time for my dog. She was more than happy to let us walk out. I promise he did not have the mats she claimed! There was nothing after separating his hair. They are a get them in and out turn over groomer"
