"Rene, the delivery driver was amazing! He called me twice to make sure I received the flowers that were left outside my door. And the flowers were just lovely. My husband is a deployed sailor and we’ve had tons of negative experiences with 1800 flowers, so I’m glad he tried a local florist instead! "I ordered flowers, paid for premium and received the wish version of what I ordered. I used for you flowers and Almas was the florist to get the arrangement. When I saw the arrangement I called the flower shop and asked what had happened the owner said it wasn’t her problem, and my flowers were satisfactory. The pictures speak for themselves. Premium had minimum 12 red roses and at least 20 red carnations.... what I got was 4 roses and 8 carnations, a Walmart vase and something that is supposed to be a bow..... this flower shop is a joke. I would have been embarrassed to send these to anyone. Alma, if you have an issue with how much money you are making from for you flowers, then cut the contract instead of cutting the quality and service from the customer."
