"Flowers were to be delivered yesterday, and they weren't. For the price, they look like they were bought at the grocery store and shoved into a vase. Not even a ribbon or bow on the vase. How disappointing"
"I ordered an arrangement for my wife three weeks ago and it was very nice. The one I ordered that was delivered 5/25/23 was a disappointment. It had the two yellow roses I requested some white dasises I was disappointment with the yellow dasises all the flowers were broken at the stem. I will not be using them in the future."

The lady I spoke to was very understanding and helpful, as I am in Illinois and they are in San Antonio Texas. She asked me specific questions about what I wanted, and using the pictures on their website, we agreed on what to send. The flowers are glorious!
