"Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 stars. HOWEVER, the main reason I picked this hotel was for their hot tub andddd I got the infamous “hot tub rash” and am extremely sick. The hot tub had at least 20+ teenagers in it at one point and there were brown bubbles all in the hot tub. I am now suffering from a rash, fever, fatigue, headache, and extremely swollen lymph nodes. So, needless to say, don’t use the hot tub!!!! For the price you pay, the pool & hot tub should be extremely clean."

"I was have a five days it was just amazing we were living on the top floor that is the 17th. Floor views are OK. Service is amazing. The gymnasium and swimming pool is on the fourth floor. The pool is heated. It’s pretty small but can complain for Chicago. The bar is super expensive I Enjoyed the spirits over here but the cocktails were kind of pricey, but I cannot really complain as this being a luxurious hotel. They managed their own bills as well. Well service was really quick. I parked my car here for five days and not a single time I had an issue getting my car on time it is a little pricey I paid like $70 plus tax, which is a lot but again compared to what we are getting to have your car being valid in Chicago. Downtown is ultra luxury overall a very nice hotel. I always support Hyatt in a way being a Hyatt member, but being not biased this hotel was really amazing keep up the good work and good luck Hyatt."

"Our first time coming for the parade festivities and it was awesome. The central location of the hotel topped it off. The decor in the lobby was festive and inviting. Our room was lovely and functional for our belongings. That bed!! Oh, so comfortable, especially for a chronic back pain sufferer such as myself. The motion light was much appreciated during the night. The bell and valet service were top tier as well. I highly recommend sitting in the lobby and enjoying a cocktail as well , the pineapple martini for sure. I'm looking forward to future visits. Thanks for a lovely kickoff to the holiday season.
