"I never leave reviews, but I feel like my experience today deserves one. I didn’t see a name tag on the middle aged woman that was working today, but she had long blonde hair and the worst RBF I’ve ever seen. She didn’t smile or make eye contact with either of my interactions with her. She was rude when I brought my clothes in and rude when I came to pick them up. I didn’t receive a “hello”, “how are you?” or anything of that matter. I went to the counter that drop-offs are typically handled at and she looked at me as if I was stupid and had an attitude when she told me to go to another counter. It was the worst experience I have had there. Will never bring my clothes here again "
"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I brought clothing in freshly washed and lint rolled, half of them new with tags on that hadn’t even made it into my home from the store and they said they couldn’t take any of it due to pet hair lol There’s absolutely no way pet hair was an issue because I did all of that outside of my home, the store should stop accepting clothes if they are having to waste people time like this and come up with fake excuses"
"Took in 2 BIG totes & 1 smaller one of clothes, shoes & accessories to the Lincoln store. Most all of them were within season, gently worn, laundered & clean, & some new with tags. The little snothole working seemed less than impressed that she had to stand there and sort through people's items. She explained the process and that I would received a text message to first acknowledge that I checked in my totes of items (at 2:48 P.M.) and that I would receive another text when they were finished & that I could come back to pick them up (text received at 3:50 P.M.). So I return to see what items they would like to keep (expecting that they would want several), they kept only 3 items! Two pairs of shoes and a belt. The overly pierced happy fella, that waited on me told me that my items were out of season, overly worn and that there was mouse/rat poo in my totes!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I know what I buy for my overly picky child, and she hardly wears anything that we get. And the fact that when I opened my lids to the brand new totes (that have all been sitting in my spare bedroom), a majority of them hadn't even been unfolded and looked at!! They were still folded the same way as when I neatly packed them in the totes originally. So please tell me how you found poo in the bottom of my totes?? Oh that's right .... you didn't! Because you never even made your way to the bottom of them in the first place!! SOOO OVER IT!! I should have kept my 3 measly items and said piss on it, but I will never return to this janky store. I myself have seen items for sale on the racks that were in far worse shape than mine. I guess it just depends on the mood of who is working that day and who gets stuck rummaging through clothes and whether or not they actually feel like doing their job. From now on, my items will get donated to those who appreciate them for FREE!"
"Completely misled standards on what is fashionable/will sell and they wonder why they have an excess of unsold merchandise. Strict "18 month" rule excludes basically anything not just bought and therefore defeats the purpose of selling used clothes. Disappointing offer for clothes they did purchase. Recommend not wasting your time or gas"
