"We looked at pools done by three different companies (the fourth one wouldn't give us references) and Robert's was the most beautiful. We gave us a starting date that was much earlier than the other companies and he was here when he said he'd be here. Then he was here every day, working and managing his crew. We were flabbergasted at how quickly we had our pool - and it's beautiful! Fabulous work. And Robert and his crew couldn't have been nicer. We're thrilled with this company, their work, and how pleasant they were to have around."

"We had Celebrity Pools come out in march to replace our liner. They measured our pool wrong (they admitted this) and ordered a liner that didn't fit as well as it should. Our entire liner has ripples and looks absolutely terrible. Since their absolutely shotty job on our liner and how terrible of a job they did, our liner began pulling away from the pool. They didn't even put liner lock on a liner they knew didn't fit correctly(they actually used a penny in one area and said don't move it) I've called and texted for weeks. The few times I get a response it's oh yeah we'll come fix it by the end of the week and nobody shows up. We hired them to open our pool and our skimmer box has not worked. Period. The pump only pulls from the drain and these guys do not care. This is by far the worst professional job I've ever seen or had the displeasure of being apart of. As I've continued to call even into today I've yet to receive a response. I would recommend EVERYONE to stay as far away from this company as possible. They're communication skills are zero and honestly I don't know how they consider themselves professionals. Save yourself and go with a good company. Not Celebrity Pools."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want a project filled with issues. If that's what you want then give this ponzi scheme your money. This entire project had issues start to finish. Our project started off with our main waste line getting busted (which was fixed) and them pulling out the main power line up. Not a single person called J.U.L.I.E. for a locate. I should have terminated Celebrity Pool and Spa services at that point if something so easy could not be accomplished. Things went along but we continued to have a wet spot on the pool crete, this should have been my cue that they again broke my waste line in a different location. Celebrity Pool and Spa continued to work at a snail’s pace often times only working from 8am-2pm and taking a 90 minute long break for lunch. Working 4.5 hours a day must be nice. With the kind of money client(s) are paying for an inground 18x36 saltwater pool and approximately a 50 ft x 40 ft concrete patio you would have thought a harder work ethic would have been used. A community member tipped me off and told me to look at another client of Celebrity Pool and Spa. I read the multiple posts from Joni Ross. It is very clear that her family are victims just like my family. Celebrity Pool and Spas, Robert Vickers would leave my job to work on different ones, which several times ended up being Joni Ross’s project. Each time I would pay this company they would turn around and purchase other clients products. What happened to the Ross’s money to begin with? This kind of ponzi scheme will only last for so long. Do yourself a favor and find a different company and avoid the headache or better yet not have a completed project. Not staying committed to our job caused our pool to be delayed even further. Finally we get to the end and it is a complete disaster. The concrete which was poured on June 29th,2019 and July 1st, 2019 is full of lignite (coal) and is leaving rust like pitting everywhere. Low budget craftsmanship left our project looking completely unprofessional. The concrete was not joint cut until a week after being poured. Our large wedding cake stairs looked like a rookie did the job not a master craftsman. Swirling, poor edging, and not removing the forms properly and in a timely fashion made the stairs look of very poor quality and lacking expertise. They moved on to pour the patio and what a mistake that was. Swirl marks and errors run rampant through the entire patio deck as well. They ran out of concrete making my sight lines off and pitched the concrete back towards my house. This has caused water to be continually in the crawl space everytime we get any type of moisture. Now I fear due to this huge error mold can and will start growing. I told/requested them to pull up the entire concrete job and do it over again, this is a show piece for my family and I, not a road or driveway. Robert Vickers, the owner wanted to talk with Odum Concrete about the issues. After several back and forths Mr. Vickers stopped communicating with my wife and I. I continued to call Mr. Vickers once a week for 6-weeks straight. Not once did he return a call. Robert Vickers of Celebrity Pool and Spa ABANDONED the job and never fixed any of the low quality craftsmanship issues regarding the concrete. As the season moved on I fully expected Robert Vickers of Celebrity Pool and Spa to come back. We have issues with the in-take / return lines. One of them is leaking over 2 inches of water a week and I can / could see it coming out the french drain they installed. It didn't rain for 30+ days straight and we continually had water leaking out of it. It should have been DRY! In addition, we did not receive our safety and cleaning products from Mr. Vickers. We had to seek other reputable companies to finish the job that Robert Vickers couldn’t finish. Spending additional funds out of pocket when Robert should have finished the job to begin with. Do not give this company the time of day. Find true professionals who have a passion, care, and pay attention to detail."

"They fixed our inground pool! Excellent job, we've had issues every year, the liner would float, rip or tear, went through 4 liners in 8 years, and these guys came in installed new steps, fixed the structure of the pool and installed a sump pump, now it works and looks great! Thank you!"
