"Tub not properly cleaned, there were several hairs in/around it as well as one in the sink. Hot tub was not very hot and entire pool area needed better lighting. Location is good and for the most part it was quiet. Bed was fine. Didn’t have the room type available that we booked which was a bummer."

"Top three worst hotel room in my 40 years. Heater was broken, no blankets on the bed, toilet wouldn't flush, no hot water, employees don't care. Avoid this place like COVID."

"Called hotel to verify hot tub was in working order. Told Yes it is. So I chose this hotel for the hot tub and only for the hot tub! Get there hot tub is cold! Pool water is warmer than hot tub! So it didn’t just break down! Bed was hard, hard, shower was warm (never got hot). It was either hot or cold in room-no regularity. Hotels should have to refund you part of your charges when all the amenities do not work as I did not get the services the hotel contracted to provide."

"Did a quick over night one night stay for NYE. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. She even upgraded us from a queen to a king, free of charge. Room was also very clean and mostly quiet for the most part. Aside from loud noise coming from the parking lot"

"This was my 3rd time staying here and it didnt disappoint either time. Best Western has one of the best complimentary breakfasts out of all the hotels i stay at. Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, the towels are good in size and great thickness. I love staying at Best Western. And the staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful"
