She never made me feel like I was bothering her. She is also responds promptly to emails. The install went smoothly and was completed in one day, the crew consisted of the owner and 2 others. We have also used them to close and open the pool (2 time for each) and they have done a great job each time. Additionally, we have purchased chemicals and steps from the company and they carry good quality reasonably priced products. I would high recommend Olympic Pools."
