"Was looking for a place to stay while in town for a few days. Ended up deciding on this hotel out of the ones in the block. The ladies behind the front desk gave some of the nicest customer service I've ever experienced! Not only making sure that my room was the one I wanted, they also offered to bring in a fold out bed for the friend I was in town to see. The first room I needed to switch because of a dead roach and a broken window blinds system. After that, the stay was flawless! The room looked cozy, didn't smell like smoke, and the bathroom didn't have any mold in it whatsoever. The included breakfast in the mornings was alright for what the price of the room was. One of the nights, we actually got to grill outside. The hotel has two complimentary grills to use outside, something I've never seen before. Not to mention the location is convenient. A number of stores and other hotels within walking distance, while any other locations you may want to visit is only a few miles away tops. When I'm in the area, I'll definitely consider this hotel as an option once again!"

"We weren’t expecting anything special when we spent a night in February 2024– but the quality of the room, the extreme cleanliness and the helpful staff were very impressive. The breakfast was pretty standard, but the staff person in charge of it went out of her way to help folks."

"I LOVED my stay here. I work at a hotel, and enjoy getting to be a guest every once in a while, and you guys knocked it out of the park! Check in was very quick, and Devon (I think was his name? Sorry I didn't get it!) made the whole process go smoothly, in fact, all the staff were all amazing and super nice, and the breakfast was very filling. The room was a pretty good size, even for a standard room. The bathroom was a bit bigger than most, which I especially liked. The TV was pretty big as well, which was a nice surprise. Bed was comfy and huge (king bed), as were the pillows. Lots of good stuff in the vending machines, I spent nearly $15 on snacks and drinks. Breakfast was greaaaaaaat! Lots of options, and all of them were good! I helped myself to some toast with peanut butter on it, yogurt, fruit, and some really good sausage patties (I wish my hotel had them!). The coffee was also pretty good, as was the hot chocolate. Also, big shout out to Nicole! She gave me a little bit of an extended checkout, which was very nice on top of the noon c/o time. Overall my girlfriend and I loved our stay, and we would definitely come again, especially since we didn't have swimsuits to use the pool :("

"Great place, staff, location, value. Clean, good beds an linens. Breakfast was excellent. Fruit, bread choice, waffles, coffee an good selection of teas. Easy ck in an check out. Nice pool..fitness room is small but works!"

"Super clean hotel! The rooms we got were spotless! I was so impressed by how clean everything was! Very comfy beds and pillows too! They even have many USB ports in the room as well as window shades that keep the sun out! Amazing selection of breakfast! They have a waffle maker, juice station, yogurt, bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit, and more! Pool is open til midnight, which is great for after spending the day out on the town. The staff was so nice! They were quick to check us in. Very helpful in answering our questions and knowledgeable about the area. They even greeted us with cookies and the lobby has coffee offered. Will definitely stay again on our next visit down to Marion! Best hotel in the area by far!"
