"We dropped our pool vacuum off in June 2022 to be repaired. I just showed up there the other day Feb 2023 to pick it up. It hadn't been touched! They didn't even diagnose it. We were told in June it would be ready early July. After that we were told a couple more week, a couple more weeks. When August rolled around we never heard from anyone. No one ever called us again. I have been calling them for months with no one ever answering the phone. When I went to pick up our equipment it turns out their phones have been broken for months but no one seems to care. They didn't even offer an apology for NO communication or the fact that they did absolutely nothing with our equipment. I totally understand the supply chain issues happening in the world and the worker shortage. What I don't agree with is the lack of communication, lack of care and complete lack of service. I am not sure how your still in business. Very frustrated and disappointed customer."
"If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 Star Review I would! It's well worth a longer drive if you need pool supplies. I have attempted to purchase from them over the past 8 years. Each time I go there, I'm reminded why I shouldn't. The advice they have provided has been the WORST! I damaged our hot tub due to listening to advice from someone who clearly didn't know what they were talking about. The customer service is the worst! I stopped by yesterday and they were closed because of a power outage, so I went back today and they had a CASH ONLY sign on the front door. So I drove to get cash, but too bad $40.00 wasn't enough to cover 1 bags of salt and a case of liquid shock! I was quoted $39.00 for a case of shock, well over what it should be and when I asked to talk to a manager to see if they could break open the case to sell two instead of the whole case I was told NO! I will never go there again. Save yourself the headache."
"Went there to get vermiculite tuesday at 10:30 , when I walked in another guy walked in front of me and we stood there for about 6 or 7 minutes. Someone walked out of the back , took care of the guy in front of me , asked what I needed , told him 5 bags of vermiculite. He looked at me like I was nuts and said we don't carry that here. ??? A pool store that only deals in pool supplies and you don't have vermiculite. The. Toldme to try home depot ??? Wow"
"Waited 10 minutes for a water test. The person was selling a pool to the family who came before us. I understand that you make a lot of money with that but our pool test would not have taken that long, why would you not stop and start testing our water whil er helping the other people? I have never had good customer service here and they never can balance our pool counts out."
"Most unprofessional “pool service specialists”! I’ve been trying to get in touch with the service department to schedule “Pool School” since we purchased our house in June!! Three months later they finally responded, scheduled an appointment and the jerk doesn’t show up and no call. The scheduling department couldn’t even verify the appointment for us when we called to do so earlier that day and the technician hasn’t returned our calls either! What a joke. I’ve left several messages for the manager to contact me and nothing. DON’T waste your time and frustration on this business."
