"I've only had one issue with this place in the years and that was only because, my tag fell off my coat and the workers couldn't find it. Otherwise, this is a great cleaners and their prices are reasonable."

"Staff is friendly. Tgis has nothing to do with front desk staff. But I won't use Sanitary again. First, they are outrageously expensive. I've taken stuff there for many years and it's always been high but much more so now. Second, I've taken stuff there twice in the last 60 days. BOTH times I was given a pick up date for a week later. I rec'd a text the first drop off saying it was ready. Went to pick it up only part was ready. Made another trip to pick up the rest. Next time same thing only I had to make two additional trips back. Done with that. Will go to Rockford."

"Went to the coin laundry portion today 9-28-23 for the 1st time and some of the items didn't dry in time of closing but the gentleman that was there was extremely nice and stay a few minutes late just so we could finish up drying our laundry. Acts of kindness even something simple as this goes along way and definitely make us repeat customers. A+++++"

"If i could give 0 stars I would. Just go to Rockford for quality business & STAY AWAY! My boyfriend does jiu jitsu competitively and we brought his gi (which was over $100) to have a patch sewn on. Simple task right? We explained exactly where the patch needs to go (shoulder), but they accidentally sewed it in an entirely different spot (back). When we asked them to correct this, they had to rip off the patch which ruined the gi and left a awful mess where they misplaced it. And when they put it in the correct place, they did an awful job sewing it on. I’m not a professional and i honestly could’ve done a better job with the stitching. This whole process took 2 WEEKS and after all that, they STILL charged us $13 for a patch about 2in diameter. Their business is horrible, their customer service is god awful and I deeply regret putting our trust, time and money into this business."
