"John and Rob are ok working with for the most part. However they're limited on tools and will spend a couple hours at Menards getting tools to do a job and charge for it accordingly. My new tools were used without my knowledge and were filthy after use without cleaning them. Rob needed some direction installing a door while John gave him step by step instructions with what I call on the job training while paying for two people to do a one person job. Additionally I was charged $145.00 to clean my gutters plus using my ladder when it only took one hour at $30.00/hour. At times Rob will overthink projects spending more time prior to checking in with you by not detailing his intentions prior to doing a job then filling you in after the fact. Overall, the work got done for the most part, but Rob didn't consult prior to any questionable issues that arose to doing the job properly that could've have been administered prior to completion. John at times is difficult getting a hold of via phone or email. Beyond these business issues I've addressed, John and Rob have a professional attitude on working with you hut lack some communications while processing a specific job to ensure complete satisfaction. Hire this service at your desire and needs, but make sure you give them absolute direction without any variance, watch how they're doing projects and what you're being charged for."
