"I’ve been a member of 24 hour since 1992 and have thousands of workouts under my belt. I’ve been with this location since it was first opened Sadly, this gym has gone completely downhill. Their prices keep dropping and they’re not making as much money as it appears. The gym is always needing a huge Band-Aid. Broken machines everywhere, torn padding on many machines as well . Some haven’t been fixed in over a year. Cushions need to be replaced. I’ve cut myself on several machines from exposed, un protected machine parts. The gym is crowded and whats even worse is because a lot of the machines don’t work everybody’s climbing on the few machines that do work. If only there was another gym closer to my house I would’ve been gone a long time ago from 24. Beware if you are trying to find a gym near you that this one needs a complete overhaul. The staff is great. However, they seem to be just as frustrated as the people that work out here at the condition of the gym, and the fact that upper management at corporate will not fix the problem. Despite repeated attempts to get these things repaired, rumour is they are out of money and simply cannot afford it. I should give it one star, however the staff at this gym are wonderful people and have their hands tied from the money crunchers at corporate."

"This 24 Hour just continues to decline. Not sure why this is being allowed to happen. The lack of cleanliness is throughout, dirty equipment and floors. The equipment is in need of replacement. A complete overhaul in in order for this gym. Equipment is either missing parts, in need of attention or just plain broken down. Shame on corporate for allowing this to be this way."

"This gym is regularly dirty and is not cleaned often enough. They reduced the amount of cleaning stations, which was a terrible idea. Equipment is also often missing. They could definitely do more to be clean. I have to wipe down every piece of equipment I use. I only go here because they’re open late."

"Recently joined this gym. This location is one of the dirtiest gym’s I have encountered. On top of that, equipment is worn out and tired. Decent amenities but, just can’t get over how poorly this place is maintained. Glad that there is no contract as my time here will be short lived. Certainly there are cleaner gym’s in the area."

"Very disgustingly unclean. Staff care about their friends and working out more than being at the front desk. I got this membership because I wanted a late night gym that hopefully wouldn't be crowded. This place is always crowded til about 1 am. So machines are rarely available. But the worst part is how dirty everything is, moldy in many places. Very few people wipe down machines and the cleaning paper towels are always out. The locker rooms look like they get cleaned once a month. Considering we pay 50 bucks a month this should be much higher end. I have to figure a way out of this contract without penalty."
