"We just finished our pool in April. Mirage was amazing. First, Tyler was a great consultant to work with. We had a price in mind and he kept us there through the whole process. Mason was our project manager and did a fantastic job. We went from breaking ground to water in pool in less than 90 days. It even froze 2 days after the dig. "Had a great experience with Mirage. Initially we worked with Tyler who did the best job of all the companies we spoke with in coming up with a really nice and unique design. Mason, our project manager was outstanding to work with. Communication throughout the project was great and the entire project was done in around 2 and a half months (They even worked around some of our existing landscape without causing damage). Even after the completion of the project, Mason has been good about helping with small items/questions that pop up. Have been dealing with Julie recently with a couple of minor warranty issues and she has been very friendly, responsive, and easy to work with so far as well. If we were to go back through the pool selection and building process, we would go with Mirage again."

"We recently moved to Texas and wanted a pool for our new home. We found a house in Prosper that had the most amazing pool, however, we were outbid. When we finally found our home although there wasn’t a pool I asked my realtor who built the pool at the house we did not get. It was Mirage Custom pools and I knew I needed to go with them. "I looked around and asked a number of friends for referrals before choosing a pool company and ultimately went with Mirage after getting a total of three quotes. They were very helpful and patient throughout the design process and picking of tiles, colors, features, etc. as this was our first time to ever build a pool. When doing a project of this size and scope, you are always going to have issues that come up but the sign of a good company is how they handle them. Stacia truly does an amazing job as she was so responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to her.
