"I started by filling out their contact form. I realize everyone is super busy right now, so after a few days of not hearing anything, I called them. I spoke to Peter who said that Sean would call me back. After not hearing anything for a few more days, I called again and left a message. No return. A few more days, and I called and spoke to Terry. Great conversation about their company and my excitement to speak with them. She promised Sean would call me back and gave explanations for why they had been unresponsive. Still no call back. A few more days go by and I call again, a service person (can't remember name) answers the phone and puts me on hold to confirm with Terry, who remembers me. Again they promise to call me to set up an appointment. It's now been over a week since that last interaction and I haven't heard from them. They have great reviews, but how hard do you have to work to get their business? Shouldn't it be them working to earn my business? Or at least be up front with me and let me know they will not be moving forward with me and why. Very disappointing. I don't want to harm the company by writing this review, but all they have are good reviews and I felt responsible to let other potential customers know this side as well."

"The experience with Premier was fantastic from beginning to end. They have been in the business for a long time and that experience shows. Working with Peter on the design was great. Sean is a genius with landscape design. They are honest and transparent throughout the process. The Premier Team are all friendly and helpful. Their sub contractors showed up when they said they would and were also very nice. The only delays we experienced were due to a very wet spring. They had to work around 20 inches of rainfall from start to end. We are completely thrilled with the result and I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family."
