"Every time I come here they just watch me struggle, being it's one person per pet. But not only that they just like to act like you're not there. As I have my dog pulling me from other dogs distracting her while I'm at the counter, one of your staff members wanted me the write down my email so I can change it. As I requested . I had kept insisting to that she can just type it while I spell my email. I kept insisting but she was being intolerant. And gave me a note pad and pen. Afterwards I sit and wait for my dog to be called to be examined. She goes in and I wait as they ask me to. 20 minutes later I ask if it's okay to leave or if they need anything else from me. You have to have a lot of patience with dealing with these people too, they do not make it easy for you. I'm looking into doggy insurance and never coming back Your reply does not help nor excuse the care I went through. My pet did go through a examination, and yet I waited 15-20 minutes, watching other people who's pets were examined leave who came in after me.Your staff is unhelpful and uncharming for fact that they wasted my time. What an excuse to come up with for your staff. the first time I came in, I was struggling to control my pet as other pets were a distraction for my dog; and your staff would not do anything to help me. On my first visit, I needed to check out three boxes on this stupid form and I just couldn't with my dog not being tamed. One of your staff members could've easily came over and helped out, but instead I hear giggles and gossip going towards my direction. It took me another 15 minutes to fill out the form the first visit I had."

"They have always been very helpful. I have had at least 4 of my cats neutered and spayed here. I was really concerned because one of my cats the incise opened. However, they made a follow up appointment promptly. And she’s almost healed. The staff is very friendly. And if you have any medical assistance they help you with reduced costs.
