"I walked in to inquire about services for our newly diagnosed hyperthyroid cat and the receptionist was informative, compassionate and offered an appointment for the next day. I was impressed with the cleanliness and brightness of the large space. Things only got better from there. The appointment with Dr. Popp began with information gathering and quick exam by technician Ivan. Very personable and obviously competent. Was able to perform an oral exam that previous new vet “deferred due to patient personality”. Dr. Popp was very friendly/relatable, thorough and concerned. She also performed other elements of exam (ex, obtaining urine specimen) that other vet also deferred. At every step, I was made aware of what the (yeah, kind of high) charges were going to be. What was also awesome is that they ran bloodwork on site and results were immediately available so we could make treatment decisions right away.
