"Dr. Hernandez is thorough, knowledgeable, and tends to my animals with care. My elder dog has been a real handful this year and this clinic has been alongside her every step of the way."
"Very compassionate doctor and helpful staff. You know the charges upfront..no surprises. Will return if I ever get another pet. On this day I put my dog down...the doctor and staff were great!"
"Dr. Hernandez diagnosed and prescribed medicine which improved and lengthened the life of my pet. For my other pet, he took extreme care and went out of his way to care for and diagnose my other elderly cat, seeing her at moments notice during an emergency and not charging extra. Very grateful for the personal and compassionate touch at Fullerton Animal Clinic. The prices feel reasonable and it seems like he cares for each animal. The first time I haven't felt ripped off by a vet."
"Paid for the entire first exam and vaccines up front. Got to the appointment and had to repeat the history of my cat again so clearly nothing has been written down on the initial intake over the phone. Had to confirm several times that my entire first visit had been paid for in full. Got to the exam room where the Dr who asked me again if I had paid for the visit. I said I had paid in full before I got here. He turned and left the the room to check with the receptionist. After the exam the Dr wrote 3 tests that my cat had to take. Altogether they equalled about $700. He told me which one was the best to take out of the 3 since I couldn’t afford all of them at once. He wrote them on a piece of paper which I promptly lost. My fault. I emailed asking for the information again. No reply. I called and after a day or two the receptionist I spoke to gave me names of the 2 test and this time I was told an MRI was also necessary. I attempted to again get the list of 3 tests the Dr had advised via email. He called and asked me why I had a problem with cost of the tests and why I wanted the records of of my cat sent to me. I hadn’t asked for that. So I requested via email AGAIN to please give me the list of exams my cat needed so I could go from there and to include the price of each one. In return they sent me a pdf of the page of notes that the doctor had hand written and I managed to decipher 2 of the exams she needed. I was hoping before I went to the first and only appointment that this might become my neighborhood clinic. Not any more. Just take this whole clinic with everyone in it and throw it away."
"Since day one 3 years ago Doctor Hernandez took care of my English bulldog, they are an AMAZING staff, During the pandemic, they were able to attend us. So I will be always grateful for that. Thank you, guys, for all your hard work. I will 100% Recommend Fullerton Animal."
