"Wow… is all I can say. Underwhelmed. Would not want him “teaching” me anything about skin, that’s a no-brainer. In interacting with him, he is demeaning, borderline rude & def unprofessional, while coming across haughtily. He seems to have an inflated sense of himself, that’s loud & clear. Other reviewers seem to have had a similar experience. Sir—you’re a FAMILY PRACTICE physician, remember. Not a dermatologist. Get ahold of yourself."

"Terrible Doctor Usatine bad provider had me waiting over an hour then doesn't want to provide service very unprofessional. The worse part of this doctor is that he runs the clinic and tries to see patients when he has doctors under him that cant make their own decisions. The reason I state this is the doctor told me himself that he has to help the other doctors with the patients and make me wait almost 2 hours and was making ugly statements . He stated that I choose work over my health and I explained to him I could only make what he was available so it's not me choosing over my work its trying to work around his schedule that he isn't available neither . Terrible Terrible service"

"I have nothing to say but good things about .... Dr Richard Ursatin.. I have been a patient with chronic plaque psoriasis for several years, and It took me a long time to actually find a doctor that knew what was going on with my condition and how to treat it... I have the utmost respect for Dr Usatine and his staff members. My skin is under control If people out there are looking for an excellent skin doctor...you have found him.. your search is over. Every day more and more people are being shown on our TV's with skin conditions. Thank you so much Dr.Ursatine..I didn't want for the good job in your profession to go unnoticed ...university health and science is indeed very fortunate to have you as part of our community and making the difference in so many people's life's."

"So far I'm in the waiting room the receptionist Teresa is an old wicked lady. I arrived and not welcomed but obviously had to sign in. When I signed the sign in clip board I asked her if she needed anything? She say rudely "I'll get to u when I call you" she was looking at paperwork. Then she wanted a refferal, insurance id.I was uploading my id. It took forever so she had me sign a form stating bc no proof insurance/refferal I would be responsible for charges. Finally my insurance id uploaded to my phone. I asked her if she still needed it then this hag says "well that's what were waiting for!" I said "no were waiting for my Dr to send the referral as well" I hate that the body wears down and gets sick and can't heal itself so It forces me to come see stupid idiot's who hate themselves and share there reflection of there ugly self. I wouldn't hire her."
