"My recent two experiences with this location was wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful and both providers were knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to us. I highly recommend!"
"Office is small and comfortable, doesn’t make you feel like you are getting shuffled in and out of exam rooms like cattle. The whole staff is warm and kind. Dr. J is straight to the point and sweet and took time to answer my questions ❤️"
"Dr. Elder and the EyeTX Team are great! This is the most accurate Px I’ve ever had for my contacts or glasses. I’m seeing 20/15. I also recommend doing the eye photo machine scan they have, it was interesting seeing the image. Everyone was friendly and I was in and out in great time."
"Great experience all workers were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We didn't have to wait long too be seen. Doctor was very professional and gave great information. My daughter loves her glasses. Thanks everyone will definitely continue too come back."
"This was our first time here. Front desk was helpful, communicative and welcoming. The lady doing the initial testing was not at all friendly and looked annoyed. She didn’t ask if my daughter was wearing any contacts and proceeded to do all the initial testing WITH her contacts on. The provider stated my daughter didn’t need glasses due to the testing results but knowing my kid has needed them for the last 8 years, I told her she has her contacts in. She made us feel stupid and walked out of the room saying “she’s been wearing her contacts” and laughed. If there had been more communication, she wouldn’t have had to redo all the tests and made us feel like that."
