As far as Dr. Gonzales is concern I wouldn’t go see her if she was the last doctor on the face of this earth. That’s not a primary care physician. It’s secondary care physician."

"Don,t take your elderly parents to this place. This Office does NOT care. Called 4 times in one day trying to get an apt for my elderly Parent because she could not get them call back. If your going to serve the senior community then you need to make there call priority !! Some seniors have a hard time navigating your system of not answering your phones ! Lord knows what kind of care they are receiving once they arrive. We have changed to Well med!! They always answer or call back quickly and seem to care. Hope this helps someone save alot of aggravation and time."

"I met Dr Gonzales one time for a new patient visit and she seemed fine. The problem occured when I needed to see a doctor and called repeatedly for an appointment. No one ever answered the phone and after a lengthly wait would either hang up or direct me to leave a message. I left the info for a call back twice and never heard back from anyone. I have changed my primary care provider because I need a doctor's office that responds to my needs."

"Is there a way to give this practice no stars. I have been a patient at this office for 4 years. The doctors keep leaving, changing, why, I can only guess. The same for the office staff. No one is there very long. Office staff is unhelpful and uncaring. They kept canceling my last 3 appointments at the last minute. I now have one for a month from now. This office is a cesspool of health care. And yes i have found a new PCP."
