"We had a great experience working with Keith and his team from Berwyn Western Plumbing and Heating. Keith was communicative, flexible and always prompt, friendly and professional. When he visited he always wore a mask and covered his shoes when in the house. We hade a 44 year old AC and furnace replaced. With his expert analysis he was able to get us a system customized to our house and our specific needs. His pricing was fair and we ended up with a complete system that was able to do a better job than the previous one. And yet, cost us less on utilities. The workers that came to do the job were polite, quick and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. Overall, I'm satisfied with the price and quality of work and would hire them again if I needed them."
