"Check engine light was flashing. Took it in, it was a spark plug and coil. They had it done immediately while I waited. A week later, same issue. Was out of town, so took it to another mechanic. Turned out to be a defective coil. When I went back to Shell, they issued a complete refund immediately, no questions asked. Didn’t even ask to see the receipt for the work. Honest, friendly, fast service. I’d come back here again."
"Don't use their towing service. They wanted to pull my car from the front and drag the rear tires knowing it's a rear wheel drive car. When I told him that he is going to damage the transmission he told me to look for another towing and left."

He carefully got it home and even placed on driveway as our town doesn’t allow cars on street at night. He locked car & hid keys. He called while we were at hospital to say he had car on truck & called back to say it was safely home, locked & where I could find keys. Have used their tow service through AAA and they are always great"
