"Couple months ago I had an amazing experience there getting an oil change. Last weekend went back to get my husband's car's oil changed and the guy at the front desk was pretty rude and told us to go next door. I wasn't very fond of that. It would have had a five-star if I did not experience that man."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO COME HERE. This was by far one of the worst mechanical places we came to. We had an appointment for a check and alignment, and the guy at the desk, not sure what position he has, he “kindly” told me that I have to wait hours because they always overbook!! A night before they told us they are free for the check! They did not even care to apologize or help! Now we go out of town and we need to find another place! What a joke!!! Plus, not even a friendly attitude, better learn some customer service skills."
