"Wonderful experience for my service checkup. Was able to schedule next day at my convenience. An Uber was provided for ride home. I was called to tell me it would be overnight and would be ready in the morning. A video was sent from the service department showing what was being done to my car and why. It was ready in the am with a call offering a ride which I declines. My car was also delivered in immaculate condition, which I appreciate. My only negative is the price tag, which I know ahead of time but is still a shock. (You don’t have to use this last sentence if you want it for a review, it was strictly for you. I know I pay a price for going to my dealer but I feel it is best for my car and will continue using my dealer for as long as I can as I fully intend to keep my car as long as I can. ) I love it and appreciate your service."

"I brought my car in for multiple issues and worked with Tyler. The whole experience was great. Tyler was proffesional as well as personable. He kept me informed and listened to my concerns. He went above and beyond on my behalf. They had a loaner for me as the work turned out to take longer than expected. He went as far as having my car cleaned and detailed as a treat. The technician sent me a detailed video of the work to be done. He was articulate and explained in detail what I needed to know. They have a customer for life."

"Very quick turnaround to replace a damaged windshield. Another dealer gave me a quote but did not have the windshield in stock. I called Laurel who confirmed they had the windshield in stock, would honor the other dealer's quote, and replace it by the next day if I could bring it in now. I brought them my car received a loaner of a similar car (as I requested). The next day my car was completed, and they accept a credit card without passing on the credit card fee as the other dealer recently began doing."
