"My first experience with Louis from the service department was good when I have my 4 tires and 2 rims charge, my 2nd experience with them was horrible especially with Brad the and manners he talked to me was very unprofessional. I had my tire punctured by a nail and I took for replacement knowing that my tires are covered under warranty that I was supposed to pay only for the service, but they got all mixed up and I was trying to explain to Brad he told me I was talking crab I felt so bad because my is serviced and done by lexus never took my car anywhere else. Instead of him to provide solutions for what they caused brad told me I was saying crab and as we speak my refund has not been made, I paid $368.70 for a new tire when my tires are still under warranty. He didn't care at all ."
