"Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave on a Saturday night. We called Oelerich HVAC and told them that we could endure the heat over the weekend but even so on Sunday morning the company owner, Jerry Oelerich called and made arrangements to stop by Monday morning. We decided on the unit we wanted but due to Covid and the ongoing heat waves nationwide, there were limited supplies of that model. Jerry and his team called around and found the exact unit we hoped to get. The next day was the hottest of the week and Nick was sent out with the new unit. He worked in the heat all day and that evening we were basking in the cool air. I cannot say enough about how quickly the Oelerich team worked and the concern they showed. They recommended the top rated products and at a reasonable price. Great team! Shout out to Judy on the phones too."
