"AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This place used to be great when it was run by John which is where all the good reviews are from. It is under new management and now they will lie to you and blame the insurance on not coming for near two weeks when the insurance was asked they said they sent someone out right away when asked. We ended up having to pay $1000 for a rental car because they lied and said insurance would cover it for the near 2 1/2 months it took them but our insurance would only cover 30 days. Do not waste your time and money here. They kept saying the car would be done by the end of the week. And we kept hearing this for over a month. It would be less insulting if they were just upfront and told the truth instead of lying to our faces. They are borderline fraudulent and will lie directly to you and have no problem with it. We also got our car back with all our safety sensors turned off and inactivated they said they would go back on within 30 miles and they never went back on so now none of the blind spot monitors etc work. And on top of that one wheel was completely bend out of place which was not like that when it was taken in so we had to pay even more money to fix that as well. Take your money elsewhere."

"Vehicle had rear end damages from an accident and an insurance claim was filed. John at Allanson handled the claim and oversaw all of the repairs. John was very thorough and always kept me informed on the status of the repairs; very professional; and was a pleasure to work with and get to know. I highly recommend Allanson Auto Body. "Well- after being passed around by numerous auto body repair shops deciding if they wanted to take the job or not of repairing my vehicle, I decided to give this business a try. I walked in and spoke with the front desk- I waited 5-10 min and had a guy outside with me looking at what needed to be repaired. He prepared the estimate in a timely fashion and we ordered the parts needed for repair same day. Once the parts came in I was able to drop off and pick up same day- good as new!!! They were trustworthy, transparent and took the stress out of this entire process. If you have any auto body/ repair needs for your business or personal- I give this outfit 5 stars. I will definitely use them again in the future! The staff is Wonderful!!!"
