Mavis Tires & Brakes

"Long story short, used to be a mechanic, went in 4 months ago for 4 new tires and an alignment. Asked for them to let me know if anything was wrong and I'll have them fix it since I'm injured. Instead of telling me they can't align my car for whatever reason, they fake an alignment, you can do this by simply making the tires fight each other. How do I know they did this? For one they conveniently had printer issues with the alignment computer, well then show me the computer, they couldn'tfor whatever reason...for two, 4 months later my 2 front tires are now both worn unevenly on the inside of them and my car still drives straight. This screams scam and rip off like none other. I will never visit again, terrible customer service, terrible techs, and even worse salesmen and management for allowing this. I hope someone has the dignity to respond to this but I doubt it."

"Friendly and fast service, I wasn’t talked down to or pressured into doing any work I didn’t want. They did point out other concerns but I felt free to turn down repairs. The cost was reasonable, which made my emergency situation a lot easier! I would recommend this tire shop to anyone in a pinch!"

"I went here twice when I really didn't have enough money but needed new tires. Not only was the staff really awesome and nice to me but they worked with my limited finances and got me good tires at a low price. Even though my car needed more work than just tires they didn't pressure me into services that I didn't have the money for currently, but advised me to keep in mind that these are the things that will need to be done very soon. "I have been a frequent customer here for the last 2-3 years. I am always happy with their work and communication. The Manager Nick is great! Recently, my hood latch was faulty. I brought the car in and spoke to Uriel, who had them take a look immediately. The issue was resolved within 15 minutes and they didn't charge me!"

"I got a flat tire and took my car to Mavis. They got me right in and told me it would be about an hour. They were able to patch it for me and I was only there about 25-30 minutes. Super quick and they did it free it charge! I was so surprised and so thankful. Definitely bringing my business here going forward. They are reliable, fast and friendly!"
