"Having had plenty of bad experiences with dealerships I decided to give Delta Auto a try at the recommendation of my neighbor who has used them before. I was nothing but pleased with the service I received from Delta Auto. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes of pulling up a gentlemen took a drive around the block with me in my vehicle to identify the problem. He knew what the issue was immediately. He then explained what options I had in a manner that was informative without being pushy at all. In fact I have NEVER felt more at ease getting my car worked on than I did with these guys. They were upfront about all costs and did not try to sell me anything unrelated to the issue I brought the car in for. They showed me all the old parts that were replaced and explained why they needed to be replaced. They performed the work in exactly the time they said they would and I can honestly say this was the most painless and BS free vehicle maintenance experience I have ever had.
