"I just picked up my dog and she had a deep cut close to her eye. It was obvious she was cut by the clippers during the grooming process. The lady tried to say my dog scratched her own eye because of fleas which is an absolute lie!!! Rick the owner offered to refund my money but this is still not acceptable! Do NOT take your dog to JT’s Pet Spa!!!"
