"The place is a dump to say the least. There were several roaches in the bathroom. We called the front desk and they did not answer. This place is run down, and everything is outdated for example there is popcorn ceiling with patches. The tiles in the bathroom are floating and the roaches are hiding in there. This is the Joe's apartment of hotels. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else."
"Disgusting!! Roach infested! Foul order! Rude Management! We couldn't stay in the room with roaches crawling everywhere. I paid for two nights and stayed in the room for 10 minutes and was refused a refund. We had to book another hotel and pay for it which took my families vacation funds down to almost 0. Totally ruined our vacation."
"My husband and I got stuck in New Braunfels because his big rig was being worked on and we were forced to get a last minute room because we live 3 hours away. I found this place because it was cheap since we were only supposed to be there for one night. When we pulled up, about 5pm Friday night, there were several sketchy people hanging around. Went into the room and they don't keep the mini fridge plugged in so it had a bunch of mildew in it. The ac didn't work well and the parking lot is not easily accessible but overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and it didn't feel dangerous to be there."
