Sleep Inn & Suites New Braunfels

"I gave this 3 stars because the bed was a little concave and the breakfast was below average. All the coffee was watery and very bland, waffle was so-so. Jimmy Dean micro. Sandwich was not too bad actually. But orange juice was not good. Otherwise staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, and price was good compared to other hotels next door."

"I book hotels with fitness centers. I always call previously to make sure treadmills are in good working order. I was advised that it was. I get to the hotel to find that the treadmill looks like it hasn’t worked in months. I had to go pay $20 to use planet fitness. To make matters worse our A/C unit broke in the middle of the night. I go to advise the front desk in the AM after my trip to planet fitness only to be met with condescending questions from the night auditor. Not one apology from him. In my opinion, just spend a little more and get a better place to stay."

"We requested a king bed. We got 2 queens.... The people next door were loud, they came in screaming, banging on the walls and when I banged back to try to alert them that we were next door, the front desk called and told US to quiet down??????????????? I let the front desk know the situation and he didn't care. The TV had someone narrating the entire time couldn't get it to stop and the remote had a booger on it. Comforter was clean upon initial inspection but had a dark brown Mark when I saw it in decent lighting. Seriously- go anywhere else."

"Had a first floor room. No carpet! Yay! Everything was clean and no bugs of any kind…would recommend. Came to float river so didn’t need pool or hot tub so not sure about that. For price I give it 5 stars!"

"I would like to thank Bobby & Jacob for their exceptional customer service ! Also, Rose, one of the house cleaners, was amazing. She was always cleaning something. This hotel was absolutely fantastic from the staff to the cleanliness of not only the room but the entire hotel inside & out. I am a Diamond member and have stayed at 100s of the Choice Hotel establishments, this Hotel was by far the best one I have had the pleasure of staying at. The room was clean and the pool was amazing. It even has a hot tub, and it felt so good to slide off into after a long tiring day. I can not thank the hotel staff and management for their hard work and dedication they exemplify towards their guests and work. Keep it up, ladies and Gentlemen. You truly do make a difference to your guests. If your ever in New Braunfels for a vacation or just passing through, I highly recommend this establishment for your stay . I know I'll be back!"
