"We were given the wrong address by the online hotel we booked in New Braunfels TX.. ok.. so we come here by mistake.. we get off our car, walk up to the service window.. we ring the bell, this lady comes out already rude look. My girlfriend tells her we have a room reserved.. she replies "Here?" Like no possible way.. so she goes back to check, and came back and said no.. it's not here. We left our mistake, or the online mistake. We already we won't be back here.. motel didn't look to appealing anyways..glad it was a mistake."

"Great location but the attendant that served us looked upset and mad at the world and when we asked about where breakfast was served she just pointed a direction and didn't give us the time of day. Also there was no lock capability on our door We had to shove a chair underneath the handle to keep it closed"

"This place is a hole in the wall. Is it, the most modern place... no. Does it have the finest amenities... no. Is it SUPER affordable YES. The staff attentive... YES. The beds Comfy... YES. Room clean.... YES.. Nice quiet nice sleep, YES. Conveniently located ABSOLUTELY. 100 Percent checks all my boxes. Especially the price point. In today's economy, I'll definitely make it my new place to stay. when I'm passing through, tubing.. having drinks .. don't want to drive back to San Antonio lol. Thanks yall ♡ I'll be back"

"My husband and I had the worst experience at this hotel. That is not an exaggeration. I booked this hotel for one night through Booking.com. We had specified that we were arriving around 1am. While trying to check in, a man who I assume was the owner, wanted to charge my card again after I showed him a receipt that I had already paid. I calmly asked him to please explain why he needed to double charge me. He got frustrated and told us to call Booking.com and figure it out then walked away from the window and wouldn’t let us check in. After trying to figure out how to get a refund through Booking.com (don’t bother, their customer service is abysmal ) I started to get weird phone calls from the owner the following day trying to get me to admit over the phone that I had filled out an info card so that meant that I checked in. I should have known it wasn’t going to be an honest place when I saw the multiple notes taped to the check-in window with rules for guests instructing them on what not to do with a price next to every rule if it’s broken. Long story long, this man ended up stealing my money and Booking.com could do nothing about it. I can’t tell you how the room looked because I was never checked in. I like supporting mom and pop business but when it comes to hotels I will be sticking to more reputable chains and not book through a third party site. I highly advise everyone to NOT stay here."
