"Been here Many times and have Always left a happy, well rested customer. It's quiet here, the staff are Extremely friendly and Very helpful! Also, it's in a Prime location! Eveything you could possibly need is All within, I'd say, a mile. Perfect!"
"Rooms & Service were lovely. Very Clean. Location is Great for summer vacations;; Convenient to all of New Braunfels- Just a hop skip & a jump on 35 & it takes you to San Antonio or Outlet Malls in San Marcos. If your looking for a Quiet little getaway this might not be the place for you."
"Overall it's okay. I can't complain really because it's not really a luxury place. Just good for sleeping and resting. The room we had is okay. It could be better but as I said, it's decent enough to stay for rest and sleep. Queen bed was literally a full size, sheets are clean when we got there. The main thing that I have a problem was when I was turning on the heat from the ac, it smelled like burnt and it stuck for a while but just opened the window to let the smell out. Other than that, we were okay with our stay and it was convenient and good with the budget. The staff are nice and pretty helpful too."
"Room was not clean, had to wipe dried ketchup off the desk top, along with other food particles. Floors looked as though they hadn’t been mopped in a very long time, plus there was some type of residue in several place’s on the floors. No hot water in the bathroom sink, until I turned on the nozzle beneath it. Also no stopper in the sink. Refrigerator wasn’t very cold, had lots of ice buildup on its back wall. Later I realized when closing the fridge door it wouldn’t seal or latch close. I gave it one star because the bedding seemed to be clean. The bad thing is we’re here for 5 more nights. I plan to ask housekeeping to sweep and mop the floors. We’ll see if they are accommodating. Most likely will not use Super 8 again."
"Whoever is saying this place is clean is lying and probably paid to write a good. Fluid stains on the sheets- weird other stains on the sheets (are they even being washed?) floors aren’t clean and the bathroom tiles are cracked and look moldy. We were so tired we had to sleep here but I am disgusted. Sheets are gross and so is the bathroom. Feels like it wasn’t cleaned at all. Front desk person was nice- that’s about it."
