"Just had my Samsung repaired. I did see that it was a generic screen, but figured it was just to save me money. $150 and my screen doesn't look, feel or work the same. Maybe they're just better with apple products. I was so excited to get my phone only to be disappointed. Great customer service! But the screen is terrible. Highly dissatisfied."

"Ive been here a few times and everytime the service is great. Nit expensive. Went in to get my phone screen repaired it took a couple of days for tgem to get the part in. Took them a couple of hours to fix it. Ive also gotten charger port and battery replace. And each time it was great. Tge staff is friendly greet you with a smile and know there stuff. My repairs have been less than $100 each time. I will continue to come to the when i need my phone repaired or looked at."
"My daughters lock buttons on their iPhones were sticky and not pressing easily. I walked in expecting to pay money for this to be fixed. They fixed it for free with in 5 minutes! Very happy with the service and that it was free! Definitely will recommend."
"Customer service is top notch! Staff member was able to answer all my questions over the phone, I was able to quickly schedule a same-day appointment to fix my shatter iphone screen. Overzealous kids + cellphone = emergency phone repair. The prices were very reasonable, and there were also accessories in-store to aid in the self-defense of my phone from my kids. I dropped my phone off, ran one errand, and my phone was ready to go. Very pleased with how efficiently the repair was and their staff has excellent customer service. In the kindest way possible, I hope to not see them in the near future, but inevitably when my kids wreck my phone again I know exactly where to go!"
