"Put bolts on so tight you need a drill to get off and brand new tire need to be aired up every three days I wouldn't recommend going here zero stars if I could"
"So ive been here twice. First time all my tires were flat within an hour. My first day of work i was late. They didn't seem to care they messed up. So i gave them another shot. And then cross threaded my lugnuts destroying my whole wheel. Lost hours at work, towing plus a huge bill for a wheel. I wouldn’t go here if i were you. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place definitely deserves it. Pretty much a nightmare both times ive been here."
"Got a flat tire in Fairview Heights, 850 miles away from home. I threw my spare on and drove to Mr. Ed's, and they sold me a barely-used Michelin for a very reasonable price, and upheld the price they told me over the phone. Thank you for the quality service, and if I ever find myself in the area again I know where I will go."
"Don't waste your money. I had two tires that needed attention. I was told one could be fixed and one needed to be replaced. I happily paid for one new tire and had the other fixed. I went out to my car 6 hours after repair and both tires were completely flat. Giving the benefit of the doubt I called the shop and they said they would fix their mistake. I had to have someone come to my house and help as I only have one spare tire and neither of the "repaired" tires could be driven on. After taking my tires off loading them up and going back to Mr. Ed's I was told both tires were now fixed. I took them home and put them on the car. After ten minutes the "new tire" the shop had sold me was flat. I drove to a different shop where they took the tire off for me and removed it from the rim. They showed me that the inside of the new tire was completely dry rotted. Drove home with my new tire and the repaired tire I had fixed at Mr eds was now flat!! When I called them they said there are no refunds. I am so disappointed, and I have now spent two days and probably close to triple what I originally would have going to a reliable tire shop. Worst service and worst attitude I have ever dealt with!!"
"Let me start by saying I love exceptional service! They are highly professional and very knowledgeable about their profession. I have been to this place 3 times and each time these guys went above and beyond. I had to get my tire plugged and my low tire pressure dash light was still on so I went back as they were closing and Mr. Ed said “we’ll let me check all of your tires just to be sure the other tires are ok” he didn’t have to do that but he took his time checking all of my tires, deflating and inflating. I had too much air in one tire and not enough in the other… the dash light went right off. I really appreciate the service. I recommend this business for all of your tire needs. Keep up the good work, I definitely appreciate it!"
