"Tim Senior Tech is great! He is very professional knowledgeable and courteous. He makes sure to explain what’s really happening and if he can actually repair your appliance. Even though my overall experience with Sears has been a Nightmare and very frustrating working with Tim to resolve the matter has helped! He did fix my refrigerator after 7 weeks of being broke!"

"Repairmen we're great. None of the following was their fault. Company, however was absolutely horrible. Constantly scheduled me for the last appointment of the day and then don't show up. No notification. Just don't show or keep pushing my times out until the end of the day until its cancelled. This happened 4-5 times in a row over the course of 2.5 months. Apparently, first time warranty calls get first priority, those with cash get second and those with parts are dead last. Worst still, you cannot directly contact the company. Takes you in an endless automated customer service circle... infuriating. They could care less you work for a living and taking time off impacts your job. Abysmal experience all around. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never ever ever do business with Sears service. F-"

"I waited all day for the tech on the day of my scheduled appt for my dryer. I never received a call from the tech. The only call I received was from a sales lady trying to sell an insurance/protection plan for my appliances for an outrageous amount. When I called the number I wasn’t able to reach a person. It was all automated. Come to find out my appointment was rescheduled for the following week without anyone calling me. Taking my business elsewhere."

"The arrival time kept getting later but when he arrived he assessed the problem, had to call for a simple replacement part that he should have had with him considering the reported problem. Otherwise the repair went well but was extremely expensive considering the original purchase price of the unit. Also, we had to ask for the estimate after he started the repair- he should have provided that first."

"Mr Warren came to me our home on 3 different occasions to fix our appliances. He explained everything and ordered parts needed. Third time is a charm: well it got fixed! Praise God! Probably could have obtained a new appliance but that was on me! Again excellent work to Mr Warren and the other gentleman who helped him!"
