"I ended up going to Belleville Lowe's in person. Lisa helped me with my washer and dryer purchase. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. A good experience."
"sold me an item not in stocks became angry with me for trying to understand how this could happen. management was rude. I was able to purchase item elsewhere. Thank you Best Buy"
"Last night I bought a dishwasher from this store. Paid to have it delivered and installed since ours was broken. Just to get a call the next day to find out they are out of stock and it will take 3-5 day to refund our money. Why can't their system tell them it is out of stock and not to take customer's hard earned money. Plus, while we were at this store. There is no one to help you. We tried getting some paint. Hit the help button. Waited 20 minutes. No one showed. It was 7 pm at night, and the store was dead. All you see are employees talking to each other, but no one is reaching out to offer customers help. What happened to Customer Service at this Company. I have been a long-time supporter of Lowe's, but I am done. I will be canceling my Lowe's CC, and they will not see another dollar from me."
"Store is okay. A little overpriced but clean and staff was friendly but good luck finding help."
"So today is the 2nd time in a row I've had to wait over an hour for assistance. We've spent close to $4k and more over the last 6 weeks here buying supplies needed for repairs. I'm hear today because I bought a product I thought could be useful but in fact proved to be a waste of money. As part of that purchase I needed sand paper that wasn't included. Now they refuse to refund my purchase because of sandpaper not returned as it was destroyed by the junk product I tried. Beyond this I'm mind blown over the fact that the larger purchase was a special order picket fence. 6 of the panels were damaged and bent or warped, 6 posts were crushed. This was on a pallet I couldn't inspect until after getting back home to unload it. On nearly a $4k purchase...I was told one manager I was stuck with it. So far customer service and managers are combative and uncooperative. The customer service here is unbelievable. They want to charge me for picking up the damaged fencing. Like it's my fault I can't see it wrapped up on a pallet before bringing it home. They will steal your time, steal your money and then belittle you for being upset. If you need supplies such as what's typically here, save yourself time and headache. Please go done somewhere else!"
