"Ryan is my dog's groomer and she loves him. He is very professional, detailed, and great with Biscuit. He does an amazing job on her hair and we are very happy with his grooming knowledge. He is awesome on every level."
"When cutting my dogs nails they sliced his paw "
"The girls always do a wonderful job at taking care of my old man. He’s so happy and has a huge grin when leaving fresh and clean. He’s 12 years old btw. I love to tip them well because the job is always so great."
"Our fur baby has intense anxiety so it's a major relief when we find the right providers who can take care of her. Brittany is phenomenal! She's taken care of our dog for over 4 years, and we are so grateful for her."
"I have never had this type of experience with a grooming service, but this has been the worst and most traumatic for my dog thus far. Due to their carelessness and poor employee training, Petco Grooming severely injured my dog in two spots while giving him a haircut on July 23, 2021. When I was called to be notified of the incident, I was told he received a “minor cut”. I was shocked when I arrived to pick him up and saw for myself. Once we got home, after further inspection, I noticed he had another cut under his arm. I didn’t have to pay for the service, but I was very frustrated when trying to get him medical attention after the incident. The employees told me that I could NOT go to their in-house vet (which would have been the most convenient thing to do) and that I needed to find a vet on my own and only if the bill was under $150, I could call them and they would pay over the phone. How can a business as large as Petco have such poor customer service? They should be better prepared for incidents like this. As a marketing professional, the last thing you do after a wrongdoing, is inconvenience your customers even more. I will never bring my dog back to this location and I’m hoping he hasn’t been traumatized from his experience"
