"If I could give this place a -1000 I would. makes me sad the front desk people and some workers so kind and showed kindness to my dog. I logged onto the webcam and literally witnessed an employee hitting and pushing my dog away to where my dog fell onto the concrete. I will NEVER use this place again and recommend if you do not want to treat our dogs like family then find another job. This place deserves to be shut down. Their cheap prices are definitely not worth watching your dog being mistreated in any way shape or form."

"I loved the grooming, I think it’s great, exactly what I asked for & needed. However, I dropped my little guy off at 9am, like they instructed I do, I didn’t hear from them until almost 5pm telling me he’s ready. I knew his grooming would take a while, he was super matted and like I said the groomer did great I have no complaints there. I just wish they would’ve told me he’d be there so long because he went without food almost all day, he didn’t eat in the morning because he’s usually a lunch & dinner eater. I saw on the cameras he was in the play yards for more than half the time, which I was unaware he’d even be put in there at all. When he first got there he was put into the play yard and then another dog joined and they were left alone for some time, thankfully both dogs were friendly but still, two dogs especially strangers should never be left alone. I also witnessed an employee on the cameras pushing and shoving a dog during play time just because it kept putting its face on their leg while they were sitting down, I thought that was uncalled for. My dog threw up all last night probably from not eating for so long and that’s unsettling, it could’ve been avoided by having an actual appointment time and him not just being there all day. Overall, like I said I liked the grooming part but I probably won’t return for the mere fact that I didn’t love how the facility operates."

"I have had so many great experiences with Wuf! I can really tell that they genuinely care about the dogs here. I have an anxious great Pyranees mix and at times her anxiety really shows. They’ve updated me about what my dog gets up to which tells me they really watch out for her. They’ve also made accommodations for me and my dog that I didn’t even expect. Overall, I truly recommend this place. I cannot thank them enough for their care!"

"Really enjoyed my experience with Wuf! They are our new go to boarding place. It’s nice the dogs get some outside time but also are indoors a good bit of the day to play so they don’t get overheated. I have a large high energy dog who’s hesitant about boarding places and he seems like a really happy camper. I can tell he was taken really good care of! Also very well priced."

"My 2 little Yorkies stayed in the penthouse suite for 6 days. There was a web cam in their suite and in most of the playrooms. I was able to see them throughout the day which gave me a peace of mind. They offer grooming and exit baths as well as valet service(Which I took advantage of). Their haircuts came out adorable and they were clean and fresh when they were dropped off at my house. I was concerned that the large dogs were in with the small dogs, but they were all mild mannered and if you want your puppies separated they will do so, they have lots of different playrooms."
