"The front desk attendant was polite but the only reason we booked the hotel was because happy hour was advertised on Expedia there was definitely no bar definitely no grill or anything of the sort. However, the room did make up for it. We were disappointed with that, but that was the only thing."

"Just pass by. Don’t stay here. There is a god awful smell through the halls. They don’t listen to you. I traveled with my husband since he had to attend a training for work. I work remotely so we told the front to not have housekeeping come to the room because I have meetings and can’t be disturbed. They said they’d make a note and yet every day I had someone banging on the door. One day, I didn’t hear them and they decided to walk in themselves. I get that is there jobs, but I had already made it clear for them not to come to the room. Having the do not disturb door hanger doesn’t help either, they just come by and ring the doorbell that our suite came with and walk away. What is the point of that?"

"Pictures are deceiving! We stayed in the 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. As we approached our room, we noticed an unpleasant smell. There was a refrigerator and renovation items in the hallway across from our room. Definitely not a good first impression. When we got in our room, it was freezing. No one had bothered to turn the heat on although the hotel room had a booking. It was below freezing outside with ice on the ground in the parking lot. It literally took until we went to bed for my family and I to feel somewhat warm. We sat in our coats for almost an hour after arriving and our feet were still ice cold when we went to bed. The couch in the living area was gross. The cushions were sunk in and it was covered by a unflattering couch cover. I was too scared to look underneath to see what they were covering up. The lampshade was broken as well. I did pull the sheets and mattress cover back and luckily the mattress looked clean. As we walked to get a snack from the hotel "store," it was FREEZING. I looked around and saw that the doors to the patio/pool area were propped open. I couldn't understand why when it was so cold outside, but looking back, I wonder if it was to help air out the stench we smelled initially. When we went to breakfast the next morning, we noticed the hallway lights were broken. It just looked as if no one cared about the place. The breakfast "buffet" area was huge, but very sparse. It was disappointing to say the least. The bagels were old and stale as was the cereal. There was very limited seating and some tables hadn't been cleaned from the guests before us. Needless to say, we couldn't wait to leave. We definitely do not recommend this hotel."

"The kindness of the front desk manager made my experience the best. The care that was shown to us was far beyond our expectations. Flight came in early and they were able to get us in a room before check in time. The toilet was not working properly, they took care of it quickly. Person little gift bags, with a special not with my name.pronted on it was a nice touch. The hotel is under renovation and my room was not one that had been renovated so it was clearly old , but it was very clean. The kindness of people make you over look the small stuff. I will be back when I'm back in Dallas again."
