"Petsmart obviously a national chain, but it is a convenient one stop shop for all your pet needs. This particular location has a groomer, vet, and pet hotel. This is the 3rd time we used this groomer. We have had 3 different groomers. While you can request a specific groomer, we just went with whoever was available since it works better with my work schedule. They do a great job with my dogs. I wish I could remember the name of the first lady that cut them, she did the best job of any groomer I've ever been too. The 2 most recent visits went well, but they do miss spots like behind ears, top of head not perfectly even but I can be picky. I would definitely recommend Petsmart Grooming. As a side note, the doggie pads they sell are the best ones around, and I've tried almost all of them. Since using theirs, haven't bought anything else."
"Rachel is an unethical professional that is suppose to be a manager in grooming.... She will accuse you of not paying a fee for grooming with no evidence months later after you have taken your pet there numerous of times!!!!!! I believe she trying to make profit for this location or stealing money.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HER.. ARLINGTON in the HIGHLANDS..... she may even give your pet medicine to kill them as the movie the NURSE!!!!"
