Reviews
"I have a yearly membership I shop the app and get all my needs met by just shopping on the app. I love this store it’s clean it’s swift. It’s open and very accommodating with their products and their customer service."
"Westin, every time I come in you are always so rude and unprofessional towards customers. Today I just could NOT stay quiet. You got a smart mouth and a condescending tone to any woman that comes up to you. Your remark about how I was going to hold up the line like the last woman should have just been kept to yourself. I don’t understand how Walmart hires these unprofessional people and let them talk to customers however they feel like. Just ridiculous customer service!"
"Poorly stocked - empty shelves everywhere; it feels like 2020 shortages again. Restrooms were scuzzy - they had clearly been neglected for some time. The employees were using the family restroom, probably because the regular restrooms were so gross. The Walmart in Mansfield is much nicer; I guess they put more effort in the because it's a wealthier area. The staff at the Little Road location don't seem to have been trained in customer service; they park their carts for online orders in front of merchandise and then go walk to grab things instead of moving the cart along with them, so you have to wait or awkwardly ask them to please move their cart so you can reach what you need. We were in the area but it would have been worth it to drive to another location."
"I no longer have to deal with self-checkout stations. I order what I want online and a Walmart employee brings it out and loads it into my car. I only buy what I need. No more impulse buying. No more waiting and waiting in the only manned checkout line."
