"I experienced good customer service during my lease, Allie Downs was always responsive and helpful. However, when I received my security deposit, there were several deductions taken from the full amount due to damages I had notated on the move in condition form. When I notified Allie, she directed me to her supervisor whom I then emailed. I never received a response so I sent a dispute letter to the Turn Key office and left a voicemail with no response to either. It’s been four months since the end of my lease, I received the deposit two months late and have yet to have Turn Key respond to any inquiries. If you’re looking to sign a lease, be weary if the property has any damages because they’ll most likely deduct them from your deposit."
