"Nora and Kym are both so wonderful. The apartment complex itself is amazing. When it comes to their maintenance believe me when I tell you they are quick and efficient! My husband was just as shocked as how fast they came out to fix minor repairs. Overall the staff and community is amazing. Thank you Nora and Kym. We would highly recommend this place."

"We went and had a tour today And all I can say is wow . The property is gorgeous. The amenities are top notch . And Breann was the best. She even sat with us and helped us apply after . My roommate and I were having by issue's on the internet and she stepped in and helped. As well as answered all of our question. One of the best priced and most beautiful properties in the area !! Can’t wait to be a resident starting the end of February"

"I moved into these apartments in April of 2023. I recently moved out, I was only going to need the apartment for a short time. The amenities are wonderful, especially the gym. Parking at my building was plentiful, even when I arrived home after hours. I could always find parking at my building. All of this aside, I want to say something about the staff. The staff from the very first day, to the very last day, were welcoming and helpful. They always went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of, even on items I thought of as trivial and not of any real urgency. The maintenance crews are some of the best and friendliest I have encountered anywhere. I got to know most them over the months while moving through the complex. These guys don't get enough credit for the job they do at this place, they are wonderful. I had a great experience here and wish I could have stayed. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is the one!!"

"Work orders are always fulfilled very fast and Kim is the absolute best! Amenities are well maintained and rent is worth it. If I could change anything, I would avoid a first floor unit right at the front of a complex without cameras or an operational gate. The choice to keep gates open during business hours allows anyone access to the complex. Outside business hours, the gate is either stuck open or stuck closed, and been an issue for months. I understand it's not the direct fault of anyone, but gated security was the only reason I chose to live in an exterior entry complex. I also had packages left outside package lockers (expensive tech equipment with pics of the contents on the box) and understand lockers get full, but theft potential/no entry security poses a concern. I would renew my lease if the gate was fixed and it felt a bit safer."

"Where do I begin? From the moment I walked into the leasing office I was impressed with the Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate bar. The property looked super clean including the trash chute room. Breann was my tour guide and she was so thorough and patient with me as she showed me several units. It was difficult to make a decision because they were all so modern and beautiful. That same night we put our application in. Needless to say say, we will now be a part of this beautiful resort style apartment complex. I work from home and I look forward to the spectacular pool views. This pic from our actual unit doesn’t do justice. I’m going to feel like I’m at a resort on vacation every day."
