Cortland Riverside

"This community has the biggest trash issue out of anywhere I’ve ever lived. Their trash policy is supposedly valet trash pickup M-F 6am-8am, but the staff doesn’t enforce it so instead there’s trash in the outdoor hallways almost every night, and residents will leave trash out all weekend until it gets picked up on Monday. The hallways always smell and it’s not safe or sanitary. Not to mention the compactor that’s always broken and just trash being generally left all over the community. The communication from the leasing staff is terrible and they have not been helpful in resolving any issues. They are more interested in being on residents good side than they are in actually enforcing the policies outlined in the lease. I was excited to move into this apartment after seeing all the good reviews, but unfortunately it’s just been a let down."

"I have lived at Cortland Riverside community for over 3 years now. Riverside is just amazing with brand new fixtures, appliances, and detailing of the apartment. My friends and family always love coming over to visit my place. The maintenance team is by far the best I have experienced. They're so respectful and no matter the reason they're always just one ticket request away. They are very quick to resolve the tickets and are so good at keeping you updated. The management staff is by far the absolute best I've ever worked with. They actually get to know you and greet you by name when you walk in to the front office. Thanks to all of the team for arranging such fun events for the community. If you're considering Cortland Riverside as your next apartment I highly recommend this community. You're going to love it."

"The maintenance worker that is driving the golf cart accused me and my friend of purchasing a stolen washer and dryer then demanded to see what we had in our Uhaul. After telling him he wasted our time the maintenance worker freaked out and punched our UHaul that we were renting. After he damaged our property he then flipped us off and became very aggressive and hostile. We managed to talk to the onsite security officer and he said the maintenance worker was completely out of line and told us to reach out to Janice at the front office. Janice proceeded to defend her maintenance worked and said he did no wrong. On top of this she called the cops but once she found out it was their employee that got physical called the police back and told them not to come. Every employee was very hostile and unbearable to deal with. They also did not reprimand or have any consequences for the maintenance worked that damaged our property and tried to sweep everything under the rug so the police wouldn’t investigate further into the legitimacy of the maintenance workers."

"I moved here from another Cortland property in GA about 4 months ago. The transition was smooth! The staff in my initial process was accommodating, knowledgeable, fun, and there was a food truck here - they even brought us lunch after I toured!! The rent specials I signed with was amazing but they always have specials. Maintenance is quick, efficient and you know them when you see them because they treat you like family here. All my specials assistance or requests were considered and granted when I had to be away or need an extra hand. When anyone comes to visit, they are in love with my apartment. The amenities are great too —they also have fun and exciting resident activities!! Golf ⛳️ course views. I’m only 4 months into my lease and I plan to renew already. I love my apartment so much. Additionally, the community is well kept, clean, quiet and welcoming. If you are thinking of moving to the Fort Worth area, definitely consider Cortland Riverside, you will love it!!"
