"Don’t buy a tungsten ring from Kay’s Jewelry. They can’t replace the stones if they fall out. It basically ends up being trash. Go gold or platinum. Btw- they did not explain this when I bought it! **If you purchase a warranty they replace the entire ring."

"AVOID GOING TO THIS DEERBROOK LOCATION!! This place has terrible customer service and they don’t train the employees correctly. My wife went to go grab her ring because it needed service(for the 3rd time!!!) and they refused to let her pick it up even though I authorized her on the account multiple times and when she dropped off the ring she asked the employee if she was able to pick it up and he told her yes! The employee never actually updated the account and instead of taking accountability they decided to ruin my wife’s day. My wife needed the ring for an event and I wasn’t in town to be able to pick it up. I tried pleading with them over the phone but they still refused. And to top it off the manager rudely suggested that my wife and I were fighting because I wasn’t able to pick it up. She also refused to give me her name or the employee that my wife dropped the ring off to. Terrible service. 0/10."
