Jed Vinyl Pools

"About 4 years ago my husband ordered a 21 ft above ground pool. He spoke with Mike, they came and put the pool up. From the beginning the ground prep was not done right. The pools flooring has always been lumpy and uneven. At least 20 calls, emails, voicemails have gone COMPLETELY unanswered for 2 years. We completely missed the pool season last year due to issues with the liner coming undone and the pump not working. NO ONE responds - there is literally NO WAY to resolve ANY issue with this company. We have finally found a new, PROFESSIONAL pool company to not only fix the issues Jed Pool caused but to answer any call, text or email we have about products/services. If we had gone with the company we are now using instead of Jed Pools we could have saved thousands AND have been able to use the pool we paid for instead of it sitting unusable due to their shoddy work and horrible customer service. How is Jed Pool able to respond within an hour to a bad review but NOT EVER to customer calls/complaints? This company is a scam - DO NOT USE JED VINYL POOL."

"My family was all excited about ordering and having Mine with Jed Vinyl Pools install a 15ft above ground pool. He wanted a commitment to protect each other as part of purchase which I obliged and sent him. That was it! Six calls, four texts, and three emails later I sent by each a cancel of the order. When you expect a product and question where it is and when he wanted his deposit paid. I can only assume either he could not get a pool or is no longer interested. I would reconsider using this company sue to lack of follow and professionalism to respond...So disappointed in this company!!!"

"Most unprofessional company that I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Less than a year after the pool was installed they had to come back and pull the liner and add fill because of poor ground preparation. Same thing within weeks of the first fix. Mike will not answer or return calls or texts for the most part. When he finally does he will "put you on the schedule" but they won't show up. Won't call to tell you that they won't show up. Won't answer call or texts when you try to find out why they didn't show up. Hey Mike, it's Wednesday and I'm still waiting for a explanation. I wish that I could have left zero stars!"

"We’ve had problems finding a reliable company to replace our liner. Jed was very easy to work with. Mike communicated regularly and they came on time and did excellent work. They made solid and necessary recommendations to ensure that the job was done well. The guys that came out were friendly, professional and completed work in a timely manner. We were pleased with our decision as the process was done professionally and time efficiently. After the installation was complete Jed Vinyl Pools offered us tips on maintaining the pool which was very thoughtful. They mentioned if we were to ever run into any problems or questions to contact them. Would love doing business with them again.
